Senior Full-Stack Engineer
You'll own the frontend and backend sprint track for 1–2 active clients at a time. That means reading the brief, scoping the feature, building it to production standards, writing clean APIs, recording a Loom walkthrough, and handing it over — all within 48–72 hours. Then doing it again.
› WHAT YOU WOULD BUILD
Task cards you would have pulled.
Next.js
Auth systems, SaaS dashboards, marketing sites
API
RESTful backends, third-party integrations, webhook handlers
Database
PostgreSQL architecture, Prisma schemas, query optimization
› WHO FITS
We are specific about this, in both directions.
Right for you if
›You've shipped something real and can show us the commit history
›You write code other engineers don't have to apologize for later
›You communicate progress before you're asked for an update
›You're the person who fixes the bug they weren't assigned to
Not right if
×You need detailed tickets with every edge case spelled out
×You measure success by hours logged, not features shipped
×You're looking for a stepping stone — we want people who want to stay

› HIRING
Four steps, paid, about two weeks.
The trial task for this role: You'll receive a Figma file and a GitHub repo containing a basic Next.js setup with a database. Build a full-stack component with auth and data persistence. 48 hours.
STEP 01
A conversation, not a screen
Thirty minutes with an engineer about what you have built and how you work. No whiteboard puzzles, no trivia.
STEP 02
A paid trial task
A small, real piece of work, scoped to about four hours and paid at your rate. You keep the code either way.
STEP 03
Review together
We read your solution with you the way we review each other's pull requests, which is also a preview of the job.
STEP 04
Offer, in writing
Compensation, level, and the track you would start on. We aim to decide within two weeks of the first call.
