What we build, who builds it, and what it costs.

Four labs, each a sprint team built for one kind of work, and three add-ons for the work around it. The model is the same in all of them: fixed scope, a published price, and a median four days from the scoping call to the first commit.

› THE LABS

Find the lab that matches the work.

Engineers are dedicated to your sprint for its full length. Leads and QA are fractional by design, and one fixed price covers everyone.

› HOW EVERY LAB STARTS

One 30-minute call, with the engineer who would lead the sprint.

It is not a sales call. The price is already on this page, so the time goes on your code or your spec.

  1. 0–5 minWhat you are building, and what has been stuck.
  2. 5–20 minWe read the code or the spec together and find the real blocker.
  3. 20–27 minWe agree the first sprint: scope, length, and price.
  4. 27–30 minAccess, repositories, and a start date. Usually the same week.
THE SAME IN EVERY LAB
  • ›
    Fixed scope, fixed price
Agreed before the sprint starts. New requests go in the queue for the next one.
  • ›
Median four days to the first commit
Counted from the scoping call to the first commit in your repository.
  • ›
    Async daily updates
What shipped, what is next, and what needs your call, every working day.
  • ›
    Direct team access
You talk to the engineers on your sprint. No account managers in between.
  • ›
    Your IP from day one
In writing, and committed under your own accounts.
  • ›
    First 14 days refundable
Full refund, whatever the sprint length, counted from the day your first sprint starts.

Not sure which lab? That is what the call is for.

Bring the problem. We find the real blocker together, then agree the first sprint: scope, length, and price. Need something the four tracks do not cover? You still get a fixed scope and a fixed price. It takes the scoping call to write it down. The first 14 days are on us.
